This is another one of my "confessional" blog posts where I disclose details only a close personal friend would probably know. Today, I am going to share with you what's in my work bag!
First, my choice of work tote is a large Longchamp Le Pliage in gray. It's durable, easy to clean and very roomy!
On days where I would rather "walk" to my favorite coffee shop, I use a pink/brown book backpack as my traveling work bag.
Aside from alternating the bags that I use, I also alternate laptops. I own both a Macbook Pro and a Dell Inspiron. I love both workstations and use them depending on the kind of work I have to do for the day.
Here is the "stash" found in my bag on a typical work day.
This is the laptop sleeve that I use. Do you expect anything less girly?
I've also been accustomed to bringing my iPad with me all the time. I've had it for about 5 months already and it has helped tremendously in putting order in my life.
On days I work at Borders or a public area (and I use this time to go on errands as well), I usually bring my lightweight Nike tote bag. I try not to use plastic bags on days I run errands and this has been useful in carrying extra stuff I pick up along the way.
And here is my overstuffed wallet! I have so many cards and pictures in it that it barely closes.
My iPod Shuffle.
A cellphone that I hardly use. I don't miss my hectic phone in Manila at all!
The only protein bar that I like eating. It tastes like Snickers!
And of course, my camera, which ironically does not have a picture of itself because I can't take a picture of my own camera! How about you, what's in your work bag?

Wow! Lotsa stuff! I LOVE the gadgets, heehee! :)
In my bag, you'll usually find:
1) my wallet
2) a pack of mints
3) my makeup kit
4) some pens - my current pen of choice is the Pilot Precise V5 RT (Retractable pen)
5) a notebook
6) cologne of some sort
and if I don't have a car that day, I carry my Bible and journal in my bag too (otherwise, I leave them in the car 'til I need them)
I stopped bringing my DSLR around. Too heavy!
Nice to take a "peek" into your bag Liz! I agree with the DLSR. I've been meaning to get one but every time I come close to getting one, I always stop myself because I am carrying so much already. It's still nice to have though! Although I think you take great pictures regardless of the camera. You have that eye!
Coming up in a future blog post: what's in my makeup bag! A totally different story altogether -- HAHA!
